Please note, we are S.L.D.C. Tourist board approved and to comply with their criteria these terms etc. are required to be on our web site.
- your guestroom will usually be available from at least mid day on the day of arrival, or earlier, if agreed when booked
- Guests must vacate bedrooms by 10.30am on the day of departure.
- Where guests have stated a preference for a particular room, we will endeavour to comply with the request, but this cannot be guaranteed.
- In the event of cancellation or curtailment the person responsible for the booking will be liable to pay for the total cost as per the reservation.
- DEPOSITS ARE NONE REFUNDABLE.
- If you postpone your holiday to a later date, charges may still be incurred if we are unable to re-let the accommodation. ALL MAJOR CREDIT/DEBIT CARDS ACCEPTED incl. Amex
- NB AN ADMIN CHARGE OF 2.5% IS ADDED TO THE TARIFF FOR CREDIT CARDS
- The Proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person who is part of that contract cause any detriment to the wellbeing or comfort of other guests.
- We cannot accept responsibility for loss of guests' property unless handed in for safe keeping.
- Guests all have Keys to both the front door & their bedroom, there are no curfews.
